Make a formal complaint

You can make a complaint if you have reported an issue to us and do not think we have taken appropriate action or responded in a suitable way.

You can complain if you are still unhappy with:

  • the standard of service
  • the actions or lack of action by us
  • our staff, or those acting on our behalf
  • an individual or group of individuals

Before submitting a complaint, check that it is not something we can fix as a service request or as part of a different complaints process.

We cannot look at complaints when you have left it more than 12 months to complain to us, after you knew or should have known about the problem, or where there's an appeals process.
