A Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) looks at the main health and wellbeing challenges in our area.

Our JSNA is being used to support our health and wellbeing board to identify key health and wellbeing issues and develop our health and wellbeing strategy.

We also collaborate with Dorset Council to understand health and wellbeing needs across the county of Dorset.

Our assessments are based on routine data, local community feedback and input from health and care workers. We look at how factors such as housing, environment, employment and services are connected and how they affect people's health and wellbeing.
