Support is available if you or someone you know is affected by drug or alcohol use.
WithYou
WithYou provides free support for people misusing drugs and alcohol. They can help with:
- recovery services
- young people and family support
- specialist prescribing
- criminal justice service
- support with homelessness and housing
- local drug information system (LDIS)
Make a referral for yourself or someone else
To make a referral for yourself or someone else, you can:
- make an online referral
- email withyou.bcp@nhs.net
- call 01202 558 855, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm
- visit the website to chat with a trained recovery worker
- visit the WithYou support page for young people for specific contact and referral points for those under 18

LiveWell Dorset offers free advice, support, and coaching on reducing alcohol intake and improving wellbeing.

If you live in Dorset but outside of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole then REACH is commissioned by Dorset Council to support people with drug and alcohol problems.
