How to book
You can book Branksome Dene Room online.
You must pay in full at the time of booking. Payment can only be made with a credit or debit card.
Cancellations or changes to the booking will incur a 20% administration charge.
If less than one month's notice is given when cancelling a booking, we cannot provide a refund.
Before you book
Before you book Branksome Dene Room you must:
- read and complete our terms and conditions form
- read and complete our venue risk assessment
- return the signed form and assessment to us by email at branksomedeneroom@bcpcouncil.gov.uk or when collecting the keys

The facilities and Branksome Dene room include:
- seating capacity for 50 people or 80 people if using the patio
- one main multi-purpose room
- thermostatically controlled heaters for use during the winter months
- a patio area ideal for barbecues
- 10 tables
- 50 chairs
- public toilet facilities at the back of the building
- a pay and display car park for up to 150 cars
