- face to face drop-ins at The Retreats in Bournemouth and Dorchester
- adult group or 121 support sessions with Mind Dorset
The Stay Alive app is a suicide prevention resource you can use if you are having thoughts of suicide or are concerned about someone else. It has useful information and tools to help you stay safe in a crisis.
