Ceremony fees
You must pay a Non-refundable deposit when you book your ceremony, the balance would be due 12 weeks before the ceremony.

The fees for ceremony rooms at the Bournemouth Civic Centre (Town Hall) and Poole Guildhall include the room and the registrars. All fees below include one marriage or civil partnership certificate that would be sent in the post after the event.
Please be aware of the following maximum guest numbers at our venues:
- The Register Office, Bournemouth: 2
- The Laurel Office, Bournemouth: 12
- The Willows, Bournemouth: 50
- Council Chambers, Bournemouth: 125
- The Guildhall, Poole: 120 in the larger space, 12 in the smaller space
- other approved premises and churches vary, please ask your chosen venue for details
The fees below do not include the cost of giving notice, certificates, or venue hire if you are marrying at an approved venue.
