You can access information about your:

Your account information has details about the payments sent to you, when your next payment is due and what your rates are.

How to view your benefits online

For Bournemouth residents and landlords of Bournemouth tenants:

Some online forms are currently unavailable while we prepare the new Council Tax bills. You can still contact us by email.

For your security, your initial password will be posted to you at the address we hold.

If you are a landlord and we currently pay you Housing Benefit directly for your tenant(s) you can view a summary of their award (not their personal financial circumstances) and a breakdown of recently issued payments. You can also see any Council Tax or Business Rates accounts in your name.

For Christchurch residents:

For Poole residents:

Some online forms are currently unavailable while we prepare the new Council Tax bills. You can still contact us by email.

First-time users

First time users will need to register to view their benefits online.

Registration is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Landlords of tenants in Christchurch and Poole

You can also use the above links to see any Council Tax or Business Rates accounts in your name.

If we currently pay you Housing Benefit directly for your tenant(s) you can view a summary of their award (not their personal financial circumstances) and a breakdown of recently issued payments.

For landlords who wish to view payments that are due to them and any overpayments, please use the links above and then follow the instructions for linking your creditor ID to your user profile.

For landlords who have already registered and linked their creditor ID, simply log in via the links above and select the relevant option to view your tenant information.
