CareFind helps care home providers promote their services and vacancies to the public.
It lets people see your care home when they search for support for themselves or someone they care about.
To appear on CareFind, your profile must include at least one image. This should show the outside of your building or a typical room. You can also use your logo as a placeholder.
How to appear on CareFind
To add your service to CareFind:
- log in to Capacity Tracker
- go to the CareFind public profile page for your location
- follow the step-by-step guide called How to upload an image
- add at least one image of your care home
- check your information and select ‘add to CareFind’
If you need help
You can ask the Capacity Tracker Support Team to upload your details for you. Email info.carefind@nhs.net and include:
- the image you want to use
- the name of your business or location
- the postcode
