The CRUMBS Project

We’re an award-winning charity supporting adults aged 18–70 who are disabled, neurodivergent, or living with mental health conditions, stabilised addictions, or acquired brain injuries.

We offer practical, accredited training in:

• Food Production & Service
• Housekeeping
• Administration
• Digital Skills

Training takes place in real working environments like our kitchen, bakery, laundry, and digital suite. Trainees receive one-to-one mentoring, build confidence and life skills, and take part in our PATHS employability programme, including work placements with local employers.

The training schedule is tailored to each person and typically runs in half-day or full-day sessions.

Over 90% of our trainees move into hospitality jobs after completing their training.
