The Christchurch Bay and Harbour Flood & Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCERM) Strategy is a joint strategy with New Forest District Council which outlines how coastal flood and erosion will be managed over the next 100 years from 2025 to 2125.

The strategy sets out the capital works planned in 18 locations across the strategy's area - a stretch between Hengistbury Head and Hurst Spit.
