Our sports strategy and action plan lists existing sports facilities, looks at gaps in provision and what we should do to improve the quality, quantity and accessibility of sports in the area.
The strategy looks ahead to 2026 and the facilities we may need for an increasing population wanting to play sports in the future. It sets out a ‘direction of travel’ for sports provision and what we need to do to enable change.
