The aim of this scheme is to help you if you are disabled and have severe mobility and/or hidden health conditions that significantly impact your ability to manage journeys, by allowing you to park close to your destination. The scheme is open to eligible disabled people irrespective of whether they are travelling as a driver or as a passenger.
