BCP Lifeline is a personal alarm and telecare service. It supports people to live independently at home by offering a 24-hour emergency contact system.

Users wear a pendant or call button which connects them to a monitoring centre. If help is needed, trained staff respond and can contact family members, emergency services or arrange in-person support where available.

The service is available to people of all ages who want reassurance, safety and support while living at home.
