Report a problem with a bus shelter
All shelters in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole are regularly cleaned and maintained by our contractor Clear Channel.
We have over 500 bus shelters, so please provide a clear description of the location and if possible the shelter’s identification number. This is marked on the roof, for example, 2204 0001.

Displays at bus stops
Over 250 of the busiest bus stops in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole are fitted with an electronic display that indicates when the next buses are due. These are linked to GPS tracking of the buses and "countdown" in minutes to show when the bus will arrive.
