Cllr Vikki Slade, the new Leader of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, will answer questions from residents during the first live council Question and Answer (Q&A) session to take place under her new administration, the Three Towns Alliance.

The session will be broadcast live on Tuesday 6 June, from 12.30pm to 1pm, and is open to questions on any subject.

Councillor Slade said:

"There is so much that needs to be done to help people and communities realise the potential of our area, and this Q&A is a great opportunity for residents to let me know how they think we should approach this.

"The Three Towns Alliance that now leads the council has made a commitment to encourage questions and embrace scrutiny, so please do get involved.

"I am also looking forward to sharing some of the ideas we’re already working on, including ways to support residents with the cost-of-living crisis."

Questions can be submitted in advance via: LiveQandA@bcpcouncil.gov.uk or through comments on BCP Council’s social media posts.

There will also be the opportunity for people to ask questions during the Q&A within the comments section and have them answered in real-time.

The session will be broadcast across the council’s main social media channels including on youtube.com/bcpcouncil and is available to watch later for those unable to tune in live.
