Walking through the chine down to the beach there’s plenty to see and do for all ages. Once you arrive at the seafront, there’s even more to discover in and around Alum Chine.
Getting there
You can reach Alum Chine by walking along the seafront from Bournemouth, or you can catch the land train from Bournemouth pier.
If you’re coming from Poole or Westbourne, Alum Chine is at the bottom of Alumhurst Road, where there’s a bus stop and public car park.
You can get to Argyll gardens by heading towards West Overcliff Drive.
