Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) is the 10th largest urban local authority in England. We provide services to the 12th largest population of any council in England - a diverse community of 400,000 residents from Hamworthy in the west to Highcliffe in the east. It's brimming with prospects, positivity and pride.

The BCP Council area includes over 15 miles of beautiful, world-renowned coastline, excellent road and rail connections to London, and international flights from Bournemouth Airport.

BCP Council employs more than 5,000 people. We can offer career defining roles to transform and improve services, ensuring the needs of our residents are understood.

By working with us, you can help deliver our vision of a thriving, world-class, prosperous and inclusive place for generations to come. As part of BCP Council’s Big Plan, we are committed to developing vibrant communities, with an outstanding quality of life.

Our values and behaviours are at the heart of how we work with each other and with our communities. We want to hear from talented and driven people who share these values and demonstrate these behaviours.
