Pension scheme

You can join the BCP Council pension scheme, which is part of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) under Dorset Council. This scheme offers tax-approved, defined benefit occupational pensions based on your membership length and final salary.

Car benefit scheme

The car benefit scheme allows you to order a brand new car with an all-inclusive package. The costs are deducted directly from your gross salary, saving you money on National Insurance and pension contributions.

Cycle to work scheme

You can lease a bike and safety equipment over a 12-month period for commuting and personal use. The lease cost is deducted from your gross pay, and you can lease equipment up to £1,000, inclusive of VAT.
