Call 999 in an emergency where there is risk to life or property from flooding.
If you own the property or business which has flooded it is your responsibility to resolve it. You should contact your insurance company directly, and the emergency services if there is risk to life.
You can report flooding of homes or businesses using the Flood Online Reporting Tool. Your report will help us to better understand where and why areas flood. It also helps us investigate the flood and see if we can reduce the risk of it happening in the future. This includes flood events in the past 5 years.
