Support and information is available if you are worried about your health and wellbeing.

Wellbeing

Help & Care is a Dorset-based charity offering free support to people with long-term health conditions, carers, and others who are isolated.

Support includes self management coaches to help you feel confident about managing your health, and link workers can help you connect with your local community.

LiveWell Dorset, funded by Public Health Dorset, offers wellness advice and coaching for free - including help to quit smoking or reduce drinking.

Carers

We have a lot of information available in our carers section, including support groups and how to take a break.

Make sure to look at the CRISP website as well, which provides lots of support and information.

Carer Support Dorset offers support and advice to carers of any age, and put you in contact with other organisations that may be able to help you.
