Just ask a member of the library team if you need help to access the wifi or when using our computers.

Tech Buddies are volunteers in our libraries who can help people use their computers, tablets or smart phones.

BCHA

BCHA’s Bournemouth Digital project delivers four, three hour sessions in small groups with additional personalised one to one support. These cover getting online, accessing online services, setting up emails and Zoom accounts, online job searching, IT security and online money skills.

BCHA Ignite programme includes computer skills for anyone over the age of 19 who is currently unemployed or at risk of losing their job.
