Our aim is to protect the safety, wellbeing and the environment of all those who live, work and visit the area by ensuring the actions of businesses and individuals comply with the relevant legislation and Codes of Practice.
The Regulatory Services and Licensing Enforcement Policy should be read in conjunction with the regulators code which provides a framework for how regulators should engage with those they regulate.
