Apply for a bulky household waste collection

We provide the bulky waste services to you subject to our terms and conditions.

If you want to book a collection for more than 10 items you need to contact us first to make sure we have the capacity to deal with larger collections. If a booking is a made online for more than 10 items it may be moved or cancelled.

Commercial waste service

To book a collection and once you’ve read our terms and conditions, please apply online.

You will have to pay the full balance when you book your collection. Please have your debit or credit card ready.

If you need to cancel a booked collection, we can only give you a full refund if you cancel two working days before your collection date.

What to do on collection day

Please ensure that your items are easily accessible outside of your property (or in the location advised at the time of booking) before 7:30am on the day of collection

Please make sure all items to be collected are:

  • empty
  • clean
  • dry
  • accessible
  • freestanding
  • dismantled if necessary.

We will not be able to collect them otherwise.

We will give you a receipt for the collection of items which proves that you have exercised your duty of care.

If we cannot take items because they are different to how you described them or we cannot access them, we will not provide a refund.

Once you have paid for your collection you will not be able to add or remove items.

If you need to cancel a booked collection, we can only give you a full refund if you cancel two working days before your collection date.
