Are you a landlord? Or are you interested in becoming one? The hugely popular Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Landlord Exhibition is once again taking place this autumn.

The event, now in its 12th year, will be taking place at the Village Hotel in Bournemouth on Thursday 17 October between 10am and 5pm.

Bringing together more than 450 landlords and prospective landlords, the event is aimed at providing them with the tools they need to succeed in the residential letting market.

The headline sponsor for this year’s event will be digital leaders CityFibre who are in the process of transforming Bournemouth into one of the best digitally connected areas globally through investing £35m in a new full fibre network throughout the area The network will provide lightning-fast digital connections to everyone and everything – from your family at home, to your children at school, your workplace and even traffic lights and CCTV cameras.

Lucy Cooper, CityFibre’s City Manager for Bournemouth said,

"We’re delighted to be the headline sponsor for this year’s Landlord Exhibition, as we start work on transforming Bournemouth into one of the best digitally connected towns in the UK."

"We’re bringing reliable, high capacity, gigabit-capable broadband within reach of nearly every home and business in Bournemouth and offering the town’s landlords the opportunity to enhance their portfolios and offer to tenants with the benefits of full fibre; including increased commercial property values."

Over the years, the exhibition has grown into the biggest industry event of its kind in the South. Last year more than 35 exhibitors were showcased and 11 seminars held throughout the day. The event allows landlords and those thinking about getting involved in property investment, to engage with essential service providers and products that support their work, ensuring the private rental sector continues to expand and develop within the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole areas.

Councillor Kieron Wilson, Cabinet Member for Housing, BCP Council said,

"The exhibition is an excellent opportunity for landlords to receive key information and ask the questions that matter to them. We look forward to the exhibition being as popular and thriving as previous years and reaching an even wider audience in its first year under BCP Council."

"This is such a worthwhile and beneficial event and I would encourage any aspiring landlords to get involved, network with other landlords and learn best working practices in the industry."
