Replace your boiler in your council home
We replace boilers in our council homes based on their efficiency rating.
If you’d like to know when your boiler is due to be replaced, call us on 0800 0281 870.
When the time comes for us to renew your boiler, please make sure:
- we have access to your home between 8am and 5pm on the day - we may stay later to complete the job, but only if it’s convenient for you
- any pets are kept away from the working area
- children are supervised and kept away from the working area
- the working area is clear of valuables and pictures - we’ll bring dust sheets to protect the floor)
Once the new boiler is fitted, we will explain the controls to you. Make sure you keep the instructions we give you so you know how to use the boiler, and what problems to look out for in the future.
