We replace boilers in our council owned properties, based on their efficiency rating.

If you’d like to know when your boiler is due to be replaced, call us on 0800 0281 870.

When the time comes for us to renew your boiler, please make sure:

• we have access to your property between 8am and 5pm on the selected day (we may stay later to complete the job, but only if it’s convenient for you)
• any pets are kept away from the working area
• children are supervised and kept away from the working area
• the working area is clear of valuables and pictures (we’ll bring dust sheets to protect the floor)

Once the new boiler is fitted, the engineer will explain the controls to you. Please keep the user instruction booklet for future reference.
