Report tree issues

Due to staffing shortages, we must prioritise emergency and urgent tree inquiries. When reporting a tree issue, please follow the guidelines. Non-urgent requests may not receive a response from our Arboricultural Officers.

Depending on our workload, we'll aim to address routine tree requests and inquiries within 12 weeks.

Use this service to report:

  • dead wood
  • fungi growth
  • tree/branch down on council owned land (not affecting access or emergency)
  • tree leaning (not urgent or an emergency)
  • tree obscuring traffic lights or signs
  • vandalism to a tree (not happening now)
  • a request for work to be done to a council tree
