Applications using the Planning Portal

You can make building control applications online using the Planning Portal. Once your application has been submitted you will receive a unique reference number that you will need to note for reference to your application.

Please note that for larger submissions that exceed 12MB please send to bcsfees@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

You will need to supply some personal information when you apply for buildings approval. We treat this information confidentially.
