A Site of Special Scientific Interest with rare lizards, birds and plants.

Corfe and Barrow Hills are made up of four isolated sites. This site and nearby Dunyeats Hill form the remaining link between the larger heathland blocks of Canford and Upton Heaths.

Entrances

There are entrances at Rushcombe Bottom from Higher Blandford Road on Bridleway one, Corfe Hills West and Middle from a layby on Higher Blandford Road and Corfe Hills South from Birkdale Road. The nearest postcode is BH18 8BJ.

Parking

There is no parking at this nature reserve.

Dogs

Dogs must be on a short lead when livestock is near and during the bird breeding season from 1 March to 31 July. At other times dogs must be under close control.

Habitat

Corfe Hills is mostly dry heath.
