Creativity, nature and 5 ways to wellbeing

We are working in partnership with The Parks Foundation's Parks In Mind programme to offer creative, nature-based activities to support mental health and wellbeing. Creative wellbeing online meet-ups

The big night out with Suttles

This is a multimedia club night event run by and for people with learning disabilities from our partner organisation People First Forum. Dementia-friendly film screenings

Monthly screenings of popular and classic films and musicals run in association with Lighthouse, Arts & Entertainment. These screenings are open to everyone but are enhanced to meet the needs of those living with Dementia.

Zing community choir

Poole's original community choir for people aged over 50, with a varied repertoire in an informal style. To find out more, call 07999 811 646 or find them on Facebook.

Sing Together community choirs

Joyful community choirs for over 55s, based in Poole and Bournemouth. Enjoy singing songs with guitar accompaniment or a cappella harmony. No need to read music, there is something for everyone. Find and out more by calling Jackie on 07768 084 132.

Care Free choir for carers
