Notification of interest in a premise

You can notify us of an interest in a premises if you:

  • have a legal interest in the premises as a freeholder or leaseholder
  • are the legal mortgagee in respect of the premises
  • are in occupation of the premises

How to register an interest

To register download the application form and return it to:

licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk

There is a fee involved with the registration.

What you will be notified of

For 12 months from the date of your application, we will inform you if any changes relating to the premises concerned has been made to the licensing register which we keep. You can also request a copy of the information contained in any entry in the register.

How long the notice lasts

The notice has effect for 12 months. After this period a new notice will need to be applied for.
