After the Brexit transition period ends at 23:00 on 31 December 2020, the UK will replace the Official Journal of the European Union’s Tenders Electronic Daily (OJEU/TED) with the Find a Tender Service (FTS) – the new UK e-notification service where notices for new above threshold procurements will be published.

From the 1^stJanuary 2021 we must follow the UK Legislation on Public Sector Procurement.

The framework and principles underlying the public procurement regime (such as the procurement procedures and financial thresholds) will not substantially change.
