Lansdowne is a prime business district close to Bournemouth Travel Interchange, town centre and beach, but it is currently failing to harness its full potential.

Funded by the Dorset Local Enterprise Partnership Local Growth Deal Funding 3 programme and BCP Council, our £7.5 million Lansdowne Programme is transforming the public realm and creating new spaces for people to enjoy. The area is becoming an exciting and attractive place to live, work, study and enjoy, through a series of major investments to create new urban areas for people to interact, sit outside, host meetings, enjoy events and innovate.

This is boosting the dynamic and unique community that is already present in Lansdowne and is encouraging people back into local businesses. The first phase of delivering the Lansdowne Vision is in delivery phase and includes art installations and an event space for regular outdoor street entertainment and more.
