Our Corporate Strategy shapes the way we deliver and improve our services in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
A new Corporate Strategy for 2024 to 2028
A new vision including new priorities and ambitions was agreed in January 2024, after consulting with stakeholders, partners and residents in 2023.
A delivery plan is under development which will include key areas of focus and measures of progress against these priorities.
Our performance
Every 3 months, we publish information about how we are working towards achieving the ambitions in our Corporate Strategy. The report, which is considered by Cabinet and grouped by priority, contains updates on actions included in our delivery plans. It also includes key performance measures.
