Apply for a secondary or upper school place
Parents who submitted an application for a secondary or upper school place by the closing date of 31 October 2022 will find out which school they have been offered on 1 March 2023. Parents who applied online can log in to their account from 10am on 1 March.
From 10am onwards, letters will be emailed to all parents who provided an email address and you will be able to see how places have been offered for the secondary and upper allocations.
The outcomes of any late applications or change of preferences to on-time applications will be available:
- on 24 March 2023 if you applied late (between 1 November 2022 and 27 January 2023)
- from April onwards if you applied after 29 January 2023.
Late applications cannot be submitted online. If you need to submit an application you can download our application form to post or email to us.
If you are a resident outside of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole then you should contact your local council for details of how to apply.
