Problems with your Blue Badge

Get in touch with us as soon as possible if there are any problems with your Blue Badge.

Lost badges

You can apply for a replacement badge by calling our Customer Services Team on 01202 123 100.

There is a fee of £10 to pay before we can send you a new badge.

Stolen badges

Stolen badges should be reported to the police as we need a crime reference number to order a new badge.

You can call the police using 101 or report it online.

When you have the crime reference number, you can call us to request a replacement badge.

There is a fee of £10 to pay before we can send you a new badge.

Parking tickets

If you have received a Penalty Charge Notice and wish to appeal against the ticket, you will need to contact the issuing authority.

The contact details will be printed on the Penalty Charge Notice.
