Residents are entitled to purchase visitor permits to allow their visitors to park in the marked bays signed for visitor permit holders and within the times stipulated on the signs within the area.

Each property is entitled to 50 visitor permits each year (1 April – 31 March).

Residents of Baiter Gardens are entitled to purchase a quarterly visitor permit for £10 for use in the Baiter Gardens Scheme only (Zone 4).

Visitor permits are issued in books of 5. Each book costs £7.50.

Documentary evidence

Documentary evidence is required with each application. You will need to produce:

• Council Tax bill (authorisation to check Council Tax records is on application form)
• tenancy agreement.

To apply online, you will require a valid credit or debit card and copies of relevant evidence to upload.

By post

To apply by post, download and complete the PHP resident visitors application form and enclose your cheque/postal order, made payable to BCP Council, together with photocopies of the supporting documents as set out on the form and post the application to:
