Climate and Ecological Emergency

We declared a climate and ecological emergency on 16 July 2019, committing our organisation to being carbon neutral by 2030. A report outlining over 150 proposed actions has been approved by Full Council.

A motion asking BCP Council to formally declare a 'Climate and Ecological Emergency' was agreed on Tuesday 16 July.

BCP Council electricity is going green
