Welfare calls if told to self-isolate

If you have been notified to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace, you will receive a welfare call from our Together We Can team with offer of support and advice so that you can self-isolate successfully.

If you have been asked to self-isolate, you must not leave your home unless you are taking yourself to have a COVID-19 test. This means not going to the shops or going out for exercise.

It’s important to have a plan in place should you be asked to self-isolate. Talk to your friends and family and ask if they can deliver food and medicines to you.

If you do not have a network of people you can rely on, then our Together We Can helpline is here for residents that need support.

Assessing your needs

Our team will assess a resident's individual support needs.

If you are vulnerable and don't have friends, family or neighbours nearby who can help to access food and prescriptions, then support can be offered through our volunteer scheme to provide help.

We can help with access to food and essential supplies and if you have a low income, advice will be given about accessing the new Test and Trace benefit payment.
