Together We Can is an initiative led by BCP Council, working in close partnership with many other public, private and voluntary sector organisations. We're joined by community groups and residents who have offered to help and support the vulnerable people in our Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole communities to get through the coronavirus crisis.

Test and Trace Support Payment

The government has announced that there will be a new legal duty on all those who test positive for COVID-19 or are identified by NHS Test and Trace as a close contact, requiring them to self-isolate.

Shielding support

People identified as 'clinically extremely vulnerable' have been advised to self-isolate. This type of self-isolation is often referred to as 'shielding'.

Rough sleeper support

We're working hard to ensure everyone who is rough sleeping in the area is supported into suitable accommodation for self-isolation as soon as possible

If you have been notified to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace, you will receive a welfare call from our Together We Can team.
