However, please do not attend any of our customer centres, as they are not open to the public:
- Town Hall in Bournemouth
- Civic office in Christchurch
- Civic centre in Poole
The Housing Options service continues to operate on a reduced scale, providing essential services only. We are completing all housing needs assessments and enquiries over the phone or email. We are not available for face to face appointments.
You can provide scanned copies of documents, photos or other evidence to support your application. Originals will be required later.

If you are having difficulties, we would encourage you to apply for Statutory Sick Pay and Universal Credit if you are eligible.
