Access to leisure and learning

The Access to Leisure and Learning service has now been reactivated for new annual membership applications (subject to meeting the eligibility criteria). For the time being, we would request that all applications, wherever possible, are made online, rather than in person at enrolling centres. This is to minimise face to face contact and the handling of cash, to control the spread of COVID-19.

We recognise that during the lockdown, and subsequent closure of venues and activities, you have been unable to receive the full benefit of your annual membership.

For members whose card expired between 26 March and 1 August and for existing members whose card will expire between 1 August and 25 March 2021, we will therefore be offering a 4 month extension on your membership.

Whilst some venues have reopened, a full timetable may not be operating and some activities may not be available. In addition, some venues may not yet have been able to reopen. Please check with the venues before visiting to check availability and to see if booking is required in advance.

Please also ensure that when visiting any of the venues, you familiarise yourself with the important measures and additional guidelines for your safety and the safety of others to control the spread of COVID-19.
