On advice from the government regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we've changed the way we deliver Housing services.
You can continue to contact us by using our online form, by email to email@example.com or by phone (open during our usual office hours):
- 01202 123147 Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4:30pm.
Where possible please use our website portal or email first, so our phone lines are available for customers who do not have internet access.
The option to book an appointment for a face to face service will be limited to people who are unable to access services using other methods.
You can provide scanned copies of documents, photos or other evidence to support your application. Originals will be required later.

If you are having difficulties, we would encourage you to apply for Statutory Sick Pay and Universal Credit if you are eligible.
