The Housing Options service continues to operate on a reduced scale, providing essential services only. We are completing all housing needs assessments and enquiries over the phone or email. We are not available for face to face appointments.
You can provide scanned copies of documents, photos or other evidence to support your application. Originals will be required later.
Before contacting the Housing Advice team, you may find the answer to your questions on the Shelter website.
If you are having difficulties, we would encourage you to apply for Statutory Sick Pay and Universal Credit if you are eligible.
