Housing services

On advice from the government regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we've changed the way we deliver Housing services.

You can continue to contact us by using our online form, by email to bcphousingadvice@bcpcouncil.gov.uk or by phone (open during our usual office hours):

  • 01202 123147 Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4:30pm.

Where possible please use our website portal or email first, so our phone lines are available for customers who do not have internet access.

The option to book an appointment for a face to face service will be limited to people who are unable to access services using other methods.

You can provide scanned copies of documents, photos or other evidence to support your application. Originals will be required later.

Before contacting the Housing Advice team, you may find the answer to your questions on the Shelter website.

If you are having difficulties, we would encourage you to apply for Statutory Sick Pay and Universal Credit if you are eligible.

There is also advice and information on the following sites:

  • If you need to speak to us then you can contact us by phone or e-mail
  • If we need to see you face to face then we will make an appointment to see you in your home or arrange for you to visit the Kinson Hub.

We are carrying out all repairs, servicing and improvements to residents’ homes and housing officers are making home visits. We are also carrying out communal cleaning and gardening and inspections of our communal areas.
