Our customer service centres are open for pre-arranged appointments. There are strict social distancing measures in place and reduced opening times 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm (Monday to Friday).
If you're unable to use our services online, please call or email us so appointments are kept available for customers who are not able to.
Our customer service colleagues are working incredibly hard to assist you. We may be able to resolve your enquiry without needing you to travel to a customer service centre for an appointment.
Our payment kiosks at the Christchurch and Poole customer service centres are card payments only – no cash payments.
