GCSE Level students from schools across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole celebrate their achievements today

BCP Council congratulates students attending schools in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole who will be receiving their GCSE results today.  

 GCSE results day marks the culmination of years of study and months of revision. Many students will continue their studies in sixth form at schools or FE colleges and other education providers. Other students will move on to an apprenticeship or work placement with training.

 Councillor Sandra Moore, Portfolio holder for Children and Families said:

“I would like to congratulate all the GCSE students who have studied in schools across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole and are collecting their results today. I would also like to thank teachers, leaders and governors for their hard work and parents and carers for their support. Some students may not have received the results they had hoped for and if this is the case I would like to remind them that there are services available to provide help and advice. I wish all our students every success in their future.”
