Reading Friends is a befriending programme which brings people together to read, chat and share stories. Connecting people who may be feeling lonely or isolated, it’s a great way to meet new friends and have fun. 

Volunteers offer weekly phone calls or online chats to anyone who would like to join in, either one-to-one or in small groups. You might read a book, a poem or a newspaper article - whatever your interests we can find you something to read and someone to talk to about it.
