Healthy cycle rides in Christchurch are a great way to establish a weekly exercise routine, while getting out and meeting new people.
Led by volunteer leaders, this fun and free activity offers the chance to ride with like-minded people and feel the benefits of a fantastic form of exercise.
There’s no need to book, just turn up at 10am on Mondays, whatever the weather, outside the cafe at Highcliffe Castle, BH23 4L.
There are 2 levels of ride for people of different abilities and levels of fitness.
Level 1
A 60-minute ride of between 5 and 7 miles, led at a gentle, leisurely pace on flat terrain, where available. There will be occasional stops for people who are less active or less confident with cycling.
Level 2
A 60-minute ride of between 6 and 9 miles on mixed terrain with occasional hills. This leisurely ride is for people who are generally more active and confident on a bike.
