Apply, renewal and fees
If you’re eligible for the Access to Leisure and Learning scheme, you can apply for or renew your membership online or at an enrolment centre.
You’ll first need to create or sign into an online account with us. This is quick, easy and can be used for other services, such as garden waste and bus passes.
To complete the application form, you’ll need to upload images and provide details of your eligibility. These details will be checked against records and verified. Payment will also be taken online.
As well as single and family membership, you can also apply for group membership online.
Apply at an enrolment centre
For single or family membership you can apply at one of our enrolment centres.
For all applicants over 3 years old, you’ll need to provide proof of eligibility for each applicant and a passport-size photo of 2.5 cm x 3.5 cm.
Payment of the annual membership fee can only be made by card.
If you’re the main applicant you’ll need to collect your card in person, but you can also collect other family members cards.
Renewing your membership
To renew your membership, you’ll need to reapply. You can do this online or in person at an enrolment centre. If you’re renewing your membership at a centre, remember to bring your old card.
