Information for leaseholders

We’re the freeholder and managing agent of over 500 leasehold properties in Bournemouth, bought from us under the Right to Buy scheme.

Leaseholders can report repairs that need doing to the communal areas of their homes on our freephone number 0800 0281 870.

Leaseholder insurance

All our leasehold properties are insured, with the premium included in your annual service charge. Your insurance policy documents are sent to leaseholders every year in April.

If you need to make a claim on your insurance, call our leasehold management officer on 0800 0281 870 to request a claim form.

The cover is for buildings insurance only and does not include home contents. You should arrange your own separate home contents insurance.

Understanding and paying service charges

Your estimated statement includes all the details you need to understand your service charges. Management charges are calculated according to the type of flat you live in and our level of involvement with it.

We also offer flexible payment options for service charges. You may be entitled to a mandatory or discretionary loan to help you cover the cost.

If you’re having difficulties paying, we’ll assess your situation and let you know how to get help with managing your money.
