How to pay your council house rent and service charges in Poole
Please be aware that we are currently experiencing a high number of calls.

Direct Debit
You can set up a Direct Debit for any day of the month and any frequency (for example weekly, 4 weekly, monthly).
To set up a Direct Debit, please call us with your bank account number and sort code on to 0800 028 1870.
We recommend you check your statement regularly to make sure payments are going out correctly. We will let you know of any change to your payment in advance.
Standing order
To set up a standing order, you need to do this through your bank. You will need to tell them how much you need to pay and the frequency of payments.
You will need to provide our bank details:

You will need to use your 12-digit rent/service charge account reference number so we know what the payment is for when it comes through to us.
If your rent or service charge changes, you are responsible for making the changes to your payments with your bank.
Pay online
You can pay your rent online.
You will need to provide:
- rent/service charge account number
- rent/service charge account name
- your address.
Allpay App
You can download the Allpay app from the App store or Google Play.
You will need your bank details and an Allpay payment reference number, which can be found on your Allpay payment card. If you don’t have this number, please call us on 0800 028 1870.
Swipe card
Unless you have asked to pay by Direct Debit, a plastic payment card is automatically provided for you to use to pay your rent at any post office or PayPoint outlet. You will not be charged for this. Payment must be made in cash.
If you lose your card, please call us on 01202 817 216 to request a new one. The card does not hold any details other than your name and reference number so there is no need to worry about cancelling it.
By phone
You can call us on 01202 672 932 to pay by debit or credit card over the phone. This is an automated system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will need your 12-digit rent/service charge account number.
