About Councillor Julie Bagwell
Councillor Julie Bagwell was elected as Mayor of Poole on the 21 of May 2021, having been a councillor for Hamworthy since 2015.
Julie was born in Dorchester in 1963, where she grew up on a farm and was educated locally. After moving to Poole at aged 16 for work purposes, Julie met her late partner and they raised three children who all live and work locally.
